A Future Water District
A water district’s purpose is simple: to provide reliable, sustainable water to its customers.
The Water District Steering Committee has worked for a year to draft this plan to do just that. If this plan is approved in November, it will be the first time we can transparently reduce water liability to residents.
Many of us don’t know that our current water administration system exposes Elk Springs owners to significant financial and legal risks.
We want to change that.

Ballots sent out to Elk Springs owners. We need you to vote ‘yes’ to put this issue on the ballot in November.
Special Members Meeting will be held at CMC on May 5th at 6pm. At this meeting, we will answer questions on the proposed water district and the ballot process. Feel free to drop off ballots here.
Voting closes. We need 67% of owners to vote yes. If you forget or do not vote, your ballot will be counted as a "no" vote.
Make your voice heard!
If this vote is successful, the November election ballot will include a question to voters within the proposed district boundaries of Elk Springs, Pinyon Mesa, Eagle Ridge, Auburn Ridge, Elk Mesa and the School District.
