A Future Water District

Many of us don’t know that our current water administration system exposes Elk Springs owners to significant financial and legal risks - we are unable to get sufficient liability insurance for our water system.

A Water District’ is being proposed to fix this. Its purpose is simple: to provide reliable, sustainable water and protect our water system from these risks.

We need owners to vote BEFORE JUNE 10 to place this issue on the Nov electoral ballot.

Only then, we will have the opportunity to vote for a water district and reduce our risks.

A vote now is the 1st step towards reducing our legal and financial risks as an HOA

Today's vote puts the option of forming a water district on the November ballot so we can choose (with all our water customers) to formally establish a water district in 2027

It's easy: Download the ballot signature page, email a picture to vote@elkspringshoa.com

Ballots + return envelopes were mailed to all owners. If you need another copy, download or email us at questions@elkspringshoa.com
