The responsibility for managing the Elk Springs HOA is through its Board of Directors who are elected by the HOA Members.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE (ARC)

The approval of the ARC is required for the initial construction of any improvement to a lot. All decisions concerning the approval or denial of a Unit Owner’s application shall be made in accordance with standards and procedures set forth in the Design Requirements and Guidelines (DRGs).

The purpose of the Water Facilities Management Committee is to oversee the HOA’s water rights and water facilities necessary to provide water service within the Elk Springs planned unit development.

The purpose of the Fire Mitigation Committee is to help promote and keep good standing as a FireWise Community and to provide suggestions concerning wildfire mitigation, educational information and materials, and to plan community wildfire mitigation and cleanup dates.
